Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Casual RPG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our game.

Description of Service

Casual RPG is a text-based role-playing game that allows players to explore a virtual world, engage in combat, collect items, craft equipment, and participate in guild activities. The game is designed for casual play with one-click exploration mechanics.

The game requires an internet connection and a Firebase account, created with email and password or accessed through Google sign-in. Keep your credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information; accepting these terms does not provide consent to optional advertising or tracking.

Fair Play Policy

Casual RPG is committed to fair gameplay. When using our game, you agree to:

• Play the game as intended without using cheats or exploits
• Not interfere with the service or bypass its security or gameplay controls; this does not restrict activities expressly permitted by law
• Respect other players in guild interactions
• Not use automated tools or bots to play the game
• Report bugs and exploits rather than abuse them

Free Play and VIP Membership

Casual RPG offers free gameplay and an optional paid VIP subscription. VIP currently allows up to three characters instead of one and provides benefits such as shorter training times. Additional character access may depend on an active VIP entitlement. The current offer and applicable benefits are shown in the app before purchase; not every feature is available on the free tier.

Purchases, Renewal and Cancellation

VIP purchases are processed through the app store and managed using RevenueCat. Review the price, billing interval, trial terms (if offered) and renewal conditions displayed before confirming a purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew according to those conditions unless cancelled through the store.

Use Settings > VIP Membership to view plans, manage an active subscription or restore purchases. You can also manage subscriptions directly in Google Play. Cancelling renewal generally leaves access available until the paid period ends, subject to the store's terms.

Deleting the app or your Casual RPG account does not cancel recurring billing. Cancel separately through the store before deleting an account if you want billing to stop. Restoration depends on the store purchase and a valid entitlement; it cannot restore deleted characters or progress.

Refunds are handled under the applicable store's rules and your statutory rights. Contact support about entitlement or restoration problems. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.

Guild System

When participating in guilds, you agree to:

• Treat fellow guild members with respect
• Follow guild rules set by guild leaders
• Not engage in harassment or toxic behavior
• Contribute positively to the guild community

Leaderboards and Competition

Leaderboard rankings are based on legitimate gameplay. We reserve the right to remove players from leaderboards if we detect cheating, exploitation, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The game software and content are owned by Nepherius or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in messages or other content you submit and allow us to host, display and process it as needed to operate the features you use. Do not submit content that infringes someone else’s rights or contains unlawful material.

Availability and Your Consumer Rights

The game depends on online services and may experience maintenance, interruptions or errors. Gameplay balance and features may change. We work to maintain the service and address reported problems, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that progress will never be lost.

Paid digital content must meet applicable statutory standards, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and matching its description. Where those standards are not met, you may have rights to repair, replacement or a price reduction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Account Termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts for cheating, abuse, security threats or serious breaches of these terms. Contact help@nepherius.dev if you believe a restriction was made in error. We may change or discontinue features for operational reasons and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable, subject to applicable law.

Deleting Your Account

After logging in, use Delete Account on the Select Character screen and confirm the request. You may need to authenticate again. Once accepted, deletion continues on our servers even if you close the app.

Deletion permanently removes all characters on the account and their associated game data from our active databases, and deletes your game sign-in identity. It cannot be undone. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your account. It does not delete your Google account or cancel a store subscription.

Changes to Terms

Updated terms will be published with a fixed revision date. We will give appropriate notice of material changes through the app or website and obtain agreement where required by law. If you decide to stop using the service, you can request account deletion and cancel any store subscription separately.
