Account Management
How to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your Casual RPG account, all your characters, and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Log in: Open Casual RPG and sign in with Google or email and password to the account you want to delete.
- Find the Select Character screen: This screen appears after you log in. The delete button is located on this screen.
- Tap Delete Account: Review and confirm the permanent deletion. Sign in again if the app asks you to verify your identity.
Important:
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All your characters will be permanently deleted.
- Your account and associated character and game data will be permanently deleted from our active game databases.
- Once accepted, deletion continues on the server even if you close the app. Processing may take time; contact support if it does not complete.
- Deleting the app or signing out does not delete your account. Deleting your Casual RPG account does not delete your Google account.
- Account deletion does not cancel VIP billing. Cancel recurring subscriptions separately through Google Play.
- Historical analytics, diagnostics and subscription records are processed separately. See the privacy policy for retention and erasure requests.
Request Deletion Without the App
You can request account deletion without reinstalling Casual RPG or having an active VIP subscription.
Email help@nepherius.dev with the subject Casual RPG Account Deletion. Include your account email and any character names that help us identify the account.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. Never send passwords or sign-in tokens. The same permanent deletion and separate provider retention details apply to requests made by email.
